Excellent tool. Useful for progressions in strength and control skills, but also for carrying out acrobatic elements safely and with reduced joint load. Easy to hang. It's now part of my preparation. I advise!

Hi, I just wanted to share with you, I've been using the Forza, attaching weights to it to lower my body weight, and been using it to train 1 arm pull ups, l've been able to make a lot of progress using the Forza and can almost do a body weight one now -- might be an interesting new market to break into / advertise for :) thanks again for versatile + awesome products :)

Phenomenal product and well built. I plan on making a full length from beginning to end video featuring your product when I can actually nail the full planche withput assistance. That way I can show people how much this product has helped me with this particular skill and overall physical balance. I figure in the next 3 to 6 months it is possible with this product.

Small steps at a time. Been trying her to a point when I can planche for a while now. Finally pulled it off today with the help of the awesome @gymnastics_forza 16kg counterweight each side, but can only get better from here. 6 months to nail it without a counterweight before the big 50!!! less
